Orrerie's fee
Orrerie takes 0% of what you sell.
Orrerie charges merchants 0% of what they take. The way to charge a fee is built into the product and set to zero, and any change is announced 30 days ahead.
- No sign-up cost: the wallets are made without any network fee.
- No Orrerie percentage on what you take: 0%.
- No charge for holding a balance: the balance is in your own wallets.

Route cost
By default the payer pays the cost of the route.
When a payment goes through Relay, Relay and the networks charge for it. By default that cost is inside the amount your customer is shown, on its own line, and you receive your price in full.
On the checkout that line reads, for the first worked example below: "US$24.00 + about US$0.03 routing and network cost".
- You can absorb it instead: the payer pays your list price, and the order counts as paid when at least 98% of it arrives.
- For a payer on TRON, Solana or Bitcoin the Relay address is asked for by the amount that must arrive, so its cost is inside the payer's amount and on the checkout's routing and network cost line, and you still receive the full order amount.
- The smallest order through Relay is US$1.00.

Relay
What Relay charges, and where your payment is meanwhile.
Relay's own pages, read on 17 October 2026, state a flat fee of US$0.02, the gas of the delivery, swap costs, and a platform fee that depends on the route. Relay's fee page is the authority on its fees, and they can change.
While a payment is being routed it is held by Relay, a separate company. Orrerie never holds it.
That lasts seconds to minutes. Litecoin and Dogecoin have no Relay route: they arrive unconverted.
Direct payments
A payment straight to your wallet has no route cost.
No third party is involved and nothing is converted. The payer pays the ordinary network fee of their own send.
- Litecoin, Dogecoin, POL and TRX are always paid straight to your own wallet.
- So is Bitcoin that you keep as Bitcoin, and any coin you choose to take only directly.
- On every network but Bitcoin, Litecoin and Dogecoin, the amount carries a few extra digits, never more than one US cent, so the payment can be matched to its order. You receive them too.

Worked examples
What a payer pays and what you receive.
Each example was quoted by the product's own code and paid on test networks, with a simulated Relay and the test prices shown. A real quote follows Relay's and the market's prices at that moment.
| Example | The payer pays | You receive |
|---|---|---|
| A US$24.00 sale paid with USDT on Arbitrum, through Relay | 24.0292 USDT: the price and about US$0.03 of routing and network cost | 24.00 USDC on Base |
| A US$120.00 sale paid in ETH on Ethereum, through Relay, with ETH at US$2,500 | 0.0481248 ETH, the routing and network cost included | 120.00 USDC on Base |
| A US$200.00 sale paid in Bitcoin, kept as Bitcoin, with BTC at US$100,000 | 0.002 BTC to a fresh address of your own wallet, and the network fee of their own send | 0.002 BTC in your Bitcoin wallet: no route cost |
Sending money out
Sending money out costs the network fee.
- Bitcoin, Litecoin and Dogecoin: the fee comes out of the amount sent.
- The six Ethereum-family networks and Solana: your own fee account pays. On the network you keep your takings on, it collects itself from your small sales (US$1 to US$5, or up to US$10 on Ethereum).
- On Polygon, and on any network you do not keep takings on, you send a few dollars of its coin to the fee account once.
- TRON: the fee is charged to the wallet account itself, which must hold some TRX.
- A payout to another network or coin is one send to a Relay address. Relay's cost comes out of the amount moved, or is added on top when the recipient must get an exact amount.
Orrerie holds no gas key and no pooled gas balance for you. The fee account is yours, made from your own keys.

Where it has a limit
You need no gas money to be paid. Two limits.
Receiving through Relay needs no gas at all. The two places where you may have to bring coin are these.
Two places where you may need the network's own coin
- Sending money out needs a little of the network's own coin on eight networks: the six Ethereum-family networks, Solana and TRON.
- Your Solana and TRON wallets must be switched on by you before use (Solana for a fraction of a US dollar, TRON for 100 TRX plus about 1 TRX).
Limits
Two tiers, with their exact limits.
Limits act on what Orrerie does for you: creating orders and co-signing payouts. They cannot stop anyone sending coins to an address.
| Limit | Unverified | Verified business |
|---|---|---|
| One order, at most | US$1,000 | US$50,000 |
| Paid orders in any 30 days | US$5,000 | US$250,000 |

| Refunds to the payer with no wait, in any 24 hours | US$1,000note 5 | US$100,000note 5 |

| Live API keys | 2 | 20 |
| Webhook endpoints | 1 | 10 |
- After US$20,000 of paid orders in total, the business check is needed to create new orders.
- Before the business check, payouts to other people go one at a time.
- After the business check, payouts go in batches of up to 200 rows, or 50 from an Ethereum-family network.
- The safety limit is yours to set: you can lower it at once, raise it after 24 hours with an email to every owner, and never remove it.
- A refund to the payer above this allowance is not refused: it takes a 24-hour wait, with an email to every owner, who can cancel it.
The business check is run by Didit, an identity-check company. It looks at the company record and the person in control. Your customers are never asked who they are; their paying addresses are screened against sanctions lists, and nothing else.
Your own money is never limited by a tier
No tier limit ever stops you withdrawing your own money to an address you saved.
