Orrerie Mail
Bring incoming messages, purchase updates and sent conversations together in Inbox, Orders and Sent. Search by sender, subject, message text or attachment name, bookmark a message and follow its conversation.
Compose with formatting, Cc and Bcc, files and photos. Use a support template, add your saved signature and review the recipients before sending. Saved draft text, formatting and attachments sync to your Orrerie account.
Create separate aliases for merchants, schedule a message or give yourself an Undo Send window. The outbox keeps waiting messages and delivery progress in view.
- Inbox, Orders, Sent and conversation threads
- Aliases you can create and disable
- Synced drafts, rich compose and attachments
- Undo Send, Send Later and delivery status
Orrerie Phone
Existing enabled US or UK lines can receive incoming SMS and calls through the app. Review an outgoing number before calling, then use mute, speaker and the keypad. New Phone-line purchases remain unavailable.
Missed calls can go to voicemail. Listen to the recording, move through it with the playback control and read a transcript when one is available. Choose the greeting, voice, accent and recording limits.
Texts, voicemail and calls have separate views. Read, copy or share an incoming text, review call history and set rules for a sender or number prefix. Outgoing SMS is not available.
- One supported US line and one UK line
- Reviewed calls with controls in the app
- Voicemail playback and transcripts
- Custom greetings and sender rules
Orrerie Intelligence
Ask about your wallet, a recent transaction, a setting or a service that is not responding. The assistant can check supported live information, explain what it found and show the relevant place in the app.
It can also search Mail, read a supported conversation and prepare a reply you can edit. It cannot send email or crypto, place a swap, export recovery material or change security settings. You approve those actions yourself.
Find it with Command Center
Search wallets, recent Activity, saved people, Mail and Phone summaries, actions and settings from one place. Command Center searches information already on your phone; opening Ask Orrerie starts the separate assistant conversation.
Quick actions let you reach Send, Receive and other screens, hide balances or lock the wallet. Recent commands help you return to familiar places.
Decide what interrupts you
Give Inbox and Orders different alert modes: Instant, Quiet, Digest or Off. Set quiet hours, control lock-screen previews and add rules for senders, subjects, aliases or attachments.
For Phone, optional Notification Intelligence sorts supported texts, calls and voicemail into categories with your chosen Notify, Mute or Block action. Manual sender rules take priority, and the reason stays visible.
Notifications has dedicated controls for deposits, outgoing payments, confirmations, failures, small amounts and individual networks. Muting an alert does not remove the transfer from Activity.
Keep recipients organized
Save a recipient’s label, address, network and notes in the address book. Search the list, edit an entry or reuse a recent recipient when preparing a payment.
Contacts sync through your Orrerie account, with a local copy on your phone. A saved label is helpful, but always review the recipient and network before signing.
Look beyond the balance
Markets shows supported asset prices, gainers, losers and assets you hold. Sort by rank, price, name or the size of the move, then open a chart and the available market details.
Use the converter to compare values, pin currency pairs for another visit and share a rate card. Choose a display currency for the app. Market information helps you understand a value; it is not an executable trade quote.
Keep a useful record
Activity brings transfers and their details together, while swap and purchase records follow their own delivery stages. Return to a receipt instead of relying on a notification alone.
Export a PDF statement or CSV for a chosen period. Funding and Spot are included in the available transaction dataset, and the PDF provides a summary, asset breakdown and transfer details. Check what you share: statements can contain addresses and transaction identifiers.
Share a visual transaction receipt, or open the Fees tab to review recorded network charges and who paid them. Receive and the converter also offer cards for sharing payment details and rate comparisons.
Remote access, approved in the app
Open a private browser link to view available balances and prepare a transfer request. Review the wallet, network, asset, amount and recipient on the larger screen, then send the request to the iOS app.
The iOS app reviews and constructs the ordinary payment. Its usual signing, Face ID, Spot and Send Seal requirements still apply. A browser link and its PIN do not give the browser a signing key.
Create and manage links in Account → Remote access. Choose a 24-hour, 7-day or 30-day expiry, check when a link was last used and revoke it when it is no longer needed.
- PIN-protected browser links
- Separate Funding and Spot views
- Transfer requests approved in the iOS app
- Expiry, last-use details and revocation
Available with your setup
Mail, Phone and Intelligence are planned subscriptions. Prices are shown in the app, but new subscriptions are not yet available. An invitation does not automatically enable these services.
Existing enabled services remain subject to your account access and provider availability. You can use the wallet features available to you without connecting every service.
Spend offers selected retail gift cards, mobile top-ups, eSIMs and services used outside the app. Digital-content, charity and test products are excluded; check the Spend page and the current listing. Swaps have their own provider and regional restrictions.
Frequently asked questions
Are these full app features or links to other websites?
Mail, Phone, Command Center and Intelligence have their own interfaces in the iOS app. They work with supporting services where needed. Mail has its own compose and controls, calls have in-app audio controls, and the assistant opens real app screens. Availability depends on the offered setup and providers.
How are Command Center and the assistant different?
Command Center searches information already available on the phone and offers direct actions or navigation. Ask Orrerie sends a question to the assistant, which can use supported live tools to explain the current state. You can use local search without starting an AI conversation.
Can I give a merchant a separate email address?
Mail can create a separate alias with a private label. You can disable it later without changing your primary identity. Replies use the relevant available sending identity. An alias helps separate correspondence; it does not make an email exchange anonymous or erase copies held by a merchant.
Can I control Mail and Phone alerts separately?
Yes. Mail has folder modes, quiet hours, digests, preview settings and rules. Phone has line notification controls, manual sender rules and optional AI categories for enabled channels. Wallet notifications have separate controls. The settings affect what interrupts you, not whether a wallet transfer is recorded.
Can the assistant send a message or payment without me?
No. It can explain, navigate and prepare an editable email preview. It cannot send email or crypto, sign, swap, delete records or change security settings. You review the recipients and content or transaction in the app before authorizing an external action.
Will muted messages disappear?
Muting changes the notification behavior. Phone messages and call records remain available, including a classification reason where one exists. Mail remains in its folder, and chain transfers remain in Activity. A muted alert should not be mistaken for a deleted message or cancelled transaction.
Can I export records for my own bookkeeping?
Yes. The export screen offers PDF statements and CSV files for a selected period. The PDF is formatted for reading; CSV is useful for working with the data. Neither format is a tax filing or personalized tax calculation, and both may contain sensitive financial details.
Does an invitation include every connected service?
No. Mail, Phone and Intelligence have separate account access and planned subscriptions. New subscriptions are not yet available. Spend and other integrations also depend on the supported service and its terms. Check the Fees page and the app for current pricing and availability.
Can Remote access send funds without approval in the app?
No. The browser can read the balances available to its link and prepare an unsigned transfer request. You review and approve the payment in the iOS app through the ordinary wallet flow. The browser never receives a wallet signing key, and its PIN does not replace phone approval or the wallet’s security requirements.
How do I manage a Remote access link?
Open Account → Remote access in the iOS app. New links use a PIN and expire after 24 hours, 7 days or 30 days. Active links show expiry and last-use details, and can be revoked. Revoking access does not reverse a payment that has already been submitted; check its existing transaction record.
