Operator and agreement

These Website Terms apply to wallet.orrerie.com and recover.orrerie.com, operated by Orrerie LLC, a Wyoming domestic limited liability company, filing ID 2026-002087422, with principal office at 30 N Gould St, #58667, Sheridan, Wyoming 82801, United States. They are effective September 27, 2026.

By using the website, you agree to these terms to the extent an agreement is formed under applicable law. They do not remove rights you have independently under consumer or privacy law.

Scope

These terms cover browsing wallet.orrerie.com and recover.orrerie.com, sending a website enquiry, and downloading and using the Orrerie Recovery tool. App access and connected services are governed by the separately presented App Terms and Service Terms. The Privacy Policy explains information handling; it is not blanket consent to optional processing.

Information, enquiries and acceptable use

Website descriptions are general product information, not personalised financial, investment, tax or legal advice and not an executable quote. Features, networks and availability can change.

Provide only information you are entitled to share. Do not impersonate others, submit abusive or malicious content, probe for unauthorised access, interfere with delivery, or send wallet secrets. An enquiry receipt confirms only that the site recorded the submission; it is not an invitation or account.

Third-party links

Provider, status and external links lead to services with their own terms and privacy practices. Orrerie does not control public blockchains, provider availability or external content. Check the destination before continuing.

The Recovery tool

The Orrerie Recovery tool is a single file for moving assets from your own Orrerie wallets with your own recovery words. It is designed to work when Orrerie’s service is unavailable; for most wallets it needs a Recovery kit exported from the app while the service was available. It runs in a browser on your computer, does not use Orrerie’s servers and gives Orrerie no access to your words or keys.

Before you enter any words, check that your copy is genuine: its SHA-256 must match the release notes published at recover.orrerie.com, and the release key fingerprint the tool shows must match the one Orrerie publishes on its website and in the app. Enter words only in a copy saved on your own computer, never on a website. You are responsible for keeping your recovery words and Recovery kit safe, for the computer and browser you use, and for reviewing every transaction the tool shows before you sign it.

Transactions the tool signs are sent through public blockchain endpoints that Orrerie does not control, and can be irreversible. We take reasonable care in building and publishing the tool and offer it as it is. We do not promise that it will work with every computer, browser, endpoint or network, or that a particular recovery will succeed, and we give no other warranty beyond these terms and applicable law. The Availability and responsibility section below also applies to the tool, including its statement on liability that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.

Site ownership

The site design, original copy, artwork and Orrerie branding belong to their respective owners. Open-source components remain under the licences identified on the Licences page; the Recovery tool lists its own components and licences in its About panel. You may use material as allowed by applicable law or its licence. Do not misuse branding to imply endorsement, misrepresent the source, or use automated access that disrupts the service or bypasses its access controls.

Availability and responsibility

We aim to provide the site with reasonable care. Information and availability can change, and we do not promise uninterrupted access, error-free information or suitability for a particular investment or transaction. We may restrict abusive access or suspend the site for maintenance, security or legal reasons.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, deliberate misconduct or any liability or consumer remedy that applicable law does not allow us to exclude. Other liability is determined under applicable law; the site does not guarantee a provider’s independent performance or a blockchain outcome.

Contact

Questions about these website terms can be sent to hello@orrerie.com. Include only the context needed to answer the question.

Governing law and your rights

Wyoming law governs these terms, excluding its conflict-of-law rules, except that this choice does not deprive a consumer of mandatory protections under the law of their usual residence. Disputes may be brought in the state or federal courts with jurisdiction in Sheridan County, Wyoming, unless applicable law permits or requires another forum. Nothing here imposes arbitration or waives a right to bring a class or representative claim where that right is protected by law.

You may contact hello@orrerie.com to try to resolve a concern. Doing so is not a condition of exercising a legal right. If a term is unenforceable, the remaining terms continue only to the extent lawful. Material changes apply prospectively with appropriate notice and any acceptance required by law.
