Status and priority

These terms supplement the App Terms for optional services actually enabled for your account. They are effective September 23, 2026. The app shows which features are available. New subscriptions are not available in this release; a planned price does not authorise a charge.

If a provider’s terms apply to a transaction or communication, those terms operate in addition to these service terms. The transaction review or activation notice identifies the provider and material limitations.

Orrerie Mail

Mail uses Resend to transmit and receive messages. You are responsible for recipients, content, attachments, intellectual-property and privacy rights, and compliance with anti-spam and communications law. Do not use Mail for bulk unsolicited messages, impersonation, malware, abuse or unlawful content.

Delivery, replies, schedules and provider status are not guaranteed. Remote images are blocked by default; loading them contacts the sender’s host. Local deletion cannot erase recipient copies or promise deletion from Resend. Delivered or cancelled outbox content is cleaned locally; unresolved outcomes can remain for reconciliation.

Orrerie Phone

Phone uses Bird and LiveKit for numbers, calls, SMS, voicemail, rooms and realtime media. Numbers, country availability, caller ID, pricing and carrier features depend on the provider and can change. Calls through the public telephone network are not end-to-end encrypted.

Do not use Phone for emergency calling: this release makes no emergency-service capability claim. Do not spoof caller identity, harass, spam, record or intercept unlawfully, or rely on voicemail transcription as exact. Provider processing and limitations are shown before activation.

New Phone-line purchases and outbound SMS are unavailable in this release. Existing enabled lines, incoming messages and call features remain subject to provider and account availability. Publishing these terms does not activate a purchase or add an emergency-calling capability.

Orrerie Intelligence

Ask Orrerie and Notification Intelligence use OpenAI only after the separate account permission for the relevant personal-data sharing. You can refuse or withdraw permission for future requests. Local Command Center search does not require starting an AI conversation.

AI output and classifications can be wrong, incomplete or unsafe. They are informational, not financial, legal, tax or medical advice. Intelligence cannot sign or send crypto, execute a swap, send Mail, export recovery material, delete records or change security settings. Review every draft and action yourself.

Spend

Spend can offer provider products through Bitrefill or CryptoRefills where enabled. The review shows product, denomination, price, payment asset and network, provider, delivery information, fees and material finality or refund terms. Provider country, identity, product and fulfilment restrictions apply.

Spend focuses on physical shopping and services used outside the app: retail, food and delivery, rides, travel, cinema, mobile airtime, data, eSIMs, pay-TV and supported bills. Selected mixed-use retailer cards, such as Amazon, may also appear. Availability still depends on the specific provider, country and product.

The app does not offer gift cards or credit for games and in-game currency, app stores or Apple gift cards, streaming video or music, e-books, online courses, software, VPN, AI, dating or in-app calling. Charity collections and test products are also excluded.

Orrerie checks product eligibility when showing the catalogue and product details, and again before a new provider purchase is created. A cached listing is not permission to buy an excluded product. Saved orders keep their receipts and supported status or delivery checks.

Crypto payment can be irreversible before delivery is complete. Wrong payment details, underpayment, overpayment, price expiry, sanctions checks, provider rejection or unavailable refunds can cause delay or loss. Orrerie does not promise a provider’s product quality or redemption acceptance.

A Spend payment keeps the same asset-wallet signing and Personal Gas rules as a direct transfer. Solana network fees and required rent are paid from your Personal Gas Solana address. A TRON Energy invoice is paid from your Personal Gas TRON address directly to TronRental, with the asset wallet’s on-chain fee shown separately. Fund the required addresses yourself; these paths do not use an operator reserve.
