What these checks tell you

Reachable means Orrerie’s public connection or readiness check responded. Provider operational means that provider’s public status report lists no overall disruption. Neither confirms the outcome of a payment, a message or a call.

Unknown means a current result could not be confirmed. Checks refresh every minute while this page is visible. Reports expire after 90 seconds, and a failed refresh clears the previous result.

These checks run from Orrerie’s hosting environment. An outage affecting that environment can also affect this page. Provider update pages offer another source of information.

Still having trouble?

If a payment is pending or a request times out, check its existing record in the app before trying again. A timeout does not confirm that it failed.

Use Help or contact Orrerie with the affected feature and approximate time. Never include recovery words, private keys or a PIN.

An outage does not change who controls your assets. If Orrerie is unavailable for a long time and you exported a Recovery kit beforehand, the Orrerie Recovery tool can move them with your phone and offline-card recovery words, without Orrerie’s servers.

Does a green service status mean my payment succeeded?

No. Status checks describe service availability within the scope shown on each card. Check the payment’s own status in the app or its Payme page to confirm its outcome.

Why is a service showing Unknown?

Its current check could not be confirmed. The source may be unreachable, its report may be too old, or the response may not be usable. Unknown is not proof of an outage.

Can I reach my funds during an outage?

Only through recovery, and only if you prepared. Everyday payments need Orrerie’s co-signer, so an outage can pause them. If you exported a Recovery kit beforehand, the Orrerie Recovery tool can use your phone and offline-card recovery words on your own computer to move your assets to an address you choose. You review and sign each transfer and pay its network fees, so for a short outage waiting is usually simpler.
