Each asset wallet has three owners: your phone, the Orrerie server and an offline recovery card. Any transaction needs two of their signatures. In everyday use, you approve on the phone and the server checks the transaction before co-signing. The offline key stays separate for recovery. One key alone cannot move the funds.

They are separate wallet sets within your Orrerie account, each with its own addresses, balances, activity and signing keys. Choose Funding or Spot before reviewing a payment. Moving funds between them is a transaction with the relevant network costs and security checks.

The server holds one of three signing keys and applies your wallet’s spending rules before it co-signs. It cannot spend with its key alone. Your phone and offline recovery card are the two user-controlled owners. The normal phone-and-server payment flow depends on server availability, while recovery depends on the remaining owner material. With a Recovery kit you exported beforehand, the Orrerie Recovery tool can move funds with your phone and offline-card recovery words, without the server.

No. Ordinary payments use your phone and the server. The offline recovery card holds a separate owner’s recovery material and should stay safely stored. It is not an everyday login method, and it cannot recover or spend funds by itself. Keep it away from the phone’s recovery secrets.

Face ID can make local access and signing more convenient when enabled. Spot can also use its own PIN. These features protect an unlock method; they do not replace the underlying passphrase or your recovery setup. Keep the required recovery material available even if you normally unlock with biometrics.

No. Orrerie supports specific assets and transaction types on each network. The app’s asset selection shows the supported choices for the action you are taking. A token’s symbol alone does not identify it: the network and contract matter. Check the receiving instructions before transferring an asset into the wallet.

Open Activity or the saved receipt for that action. Orrerie separates sending confirmation from destination delivery when a payment uses a route. If a result is pending or unknown, check the existing record before sending again. Closing a receipt does not turn a pending transaction into a failed one.

No. Signing in reconnects your existing wallet records and addresses. A phone that still holds the matching encrypted key can use it after the usual unlock. A new phone needs the matching phone recovery words or the separate offline-card recovery flow before it can sign. Account access alone cannot move funds.

Hiding changes which wallets appear on Home. It does not move funds, remove the wallet or exclude its balance from your portfolio total. Open Account → Hidden wallets to bring it back. Hiding a wallet also does not hide its transactions on the blockchain.

Use Send when you already know which asset and account you want to pay from. Use Universal Pay when you want to begin with the recipient and the amount they should receive. Universal Pay searches supported options after you request a route. Both flows end with a payment review in the app.

Where a supported route is available, yes. The exact source asset, destination asset, networks and amount determine the options. A route can include fees, minimum amounts or a changing exchange rate. Review both sides of the payment instead of assuming the recipient will receive the same token or amount you send.

No. Payme is a public receiving page and payment-link system for your existing Orrerie wallet. It does not create another wallet balance. Your setup determines the destination, and changing your public profile’s name or appearance cannot change the wallet’s signing keys or redirect funds to an arbitrary address.

A routed payment can involve exchange rates and provider costs. Payme’s suggested source amount helps a payer meet the requested destination amount, but an open deposit route processes the amount actually sent. A different deposit can produce a different delivery. Read whether the amount is requested, suggested, estimated or confirmed.

For the Payme routes described here, a failed route refunds to the designated Orrerie wallet. It does not automatically send the refund back to the original payer. The payer should read this disclosure before sending. If a refund occurs, use the payment record and contact the recipient to understand the next step.

Expiry does not revoke an open deposit address that has already been created. A late payment may still arrive and be processed, and the saved payment status can change. Do not reuse old instructions or assume expiry means funds will return automatically. Obtain current instructions before starting a new payment.

Confirmation on the sending network proves only that step. A routed payment can still be exchanging, bridging or waiting for confirmation on the destination network. Check the receipt’s delivery status and destination transaction when available. A sending hash or elapsed time is not enough to conclude that the recipient has been paid.

Open Account → Payme profile. Reserve an available handle, then use Share or Open on the profile preview. The address follows wallet.orrerie.com/@handle. Your profile uses your existing configured wallets; choosing a handle does not create a new wallet or change its signing keys.

Yes. Receive offers a shareable card with its QR code and receiving details, while transaction records offer receipt cards. The converter has rate cards too. Use the network and any required tag shown in Receive, check whether a requested amount travels in the QR, and review the information included before sharing.

A swap changes one asset into another. A bridge moves value between networks, sometimes as part of a route that also exchanges assets. The steps and risks depend on the selected provider. Review the source and destination networks as well as the token names, because the same symbol can exist on several networks.

Trades execute through the selected protocol or provider route. Review its source, destination, minimum received and fees. Your Personal Gas address pays EVM or Solana network fees; Solana can also require account rent. On TRON, the gas address pays any reviewed TronRental Energy invoice and the asset wallet pays its own chain fee. Review each charge and payer before approving. The asset transfer keeps its normal two-owner approval.

Not always. Some routes execute through contracts; others require a deposit that a provider holds while arranging the payout. This temporary custody is different from Orrerie’s wallet ownership model. Read the chosen route’s conditions, including any restrictions, checks and refund process, before deciding whether that route is right for you.

Some EVM swaps require permission for a contract to use a specific amount of a token. That approval may be a separate transaction with its own fee. Orrerie checks supported approvals and rejects unlimited approvals. An approval is not the swap itself, so review the subsequent exchange step as well.

A quote applies to specific assets, networks, wallets, amounts and timing. The app checks the transaction against those reviewed details. If important terms change, the flow must stop or ask for a new review. Do not treat a previous approval as consent to a different recipient or a materially different trade.

A completed blockchain transfer usually cannot be recalled. Whether a provider can stop, return or complete a deposited swap depends on its process and the transaction’s state. Check the saved record and applicable provider terms. A local cancel action or closed screen does not reverse funds already sent.

Check the saved swap record before creating another one. A timeout may mean the app did not receive a response, while the original swap is still progressing. Confirmation, payout, partial payout and refund are different outcomes. If you need help, describe the saved status without sharing signing keys or recovery information.

Swap availability depends on your eligibility, provider terms and supported regions. When your app supplies an App Store country, Orrerie uses it as an additional route restriction. That country setting does not establish your physical location or residency. Provider checks still apply when the setting is unavailable. For SideShift, Orrerie forwards the public IP address from your connection for its permission, quote and order requests. SideShift uses that address for its own availability checks. A missing IP, refusal or unavailable permission check prevents the route; a successful check may be reused briefly for that IP. Do not disguise your location or use a VPN or proxy to bypass restrictions.

Your Orrerie asset wallet keeps its two-of-three signing rules. A deposit-based exchange such as SideShift can control funds between your deposit and its payout, even when no provider account is required. Provider reviews, restrictions, delays and refund limits still apply. Review the selected route and its terms before approving.

Spend focuses on physical shopping and services used outside the app: retail, food and delivery, rides, travel, cinema, mobile airtime, data, eSIMs, pay-TV and supported bills. Selected mixed-use retailer cards, such as Amazon, may also appear. Availability still depends on the specific provider, country and product. The app does not offer gift cards or credit for games and in-game currency, app stores or Apple gift cards, streaming video or music, e-books, online courses, software, VPN, AI, dating or in-app calling. Charity collections and test products are also excluded.

Choose the country where the gift card will be redeemed or the mobile service will be used, as specified by the listing. A familiar brand may issue different products for different countries. Read the currency and restrictions carefully; a purchase for one market may not work in another, even with the same brand.

The available methods are shown for the specific product and your wallet setup. They can differ between providers and even between products from the same provider. Use the exact asset and network offered at checkout. A provider supporting a currency elsewhere does not mean that currency is accepted for your selected purchase.

Use the recipient and delivery fields offered by the product. Check the recipient’s country, email address or phone number as applicable before approving. The provider uses those details to deliver the purchase. A completed purchase may be difficult or impossible to redirect if a recipient detail is wrong.

The product catalogue is a browsing view. Checkout uses current product and payment details, and the price can change before the order is accepted. Review the current amount and any fees before paying. If the product or price changes during checkout, return to the updated offer rather than relying on the earlier listing.

Open the saved order and check its latest delivery status. Payment confirmation and product delivery are separate events. A provider may still be processing the order after the blockchain payment has completed. Do not place a duplicate purchase just because the screen timed out. Keep the existing order details available for support.

Refunds, expiry and redemption support depend on the provider and merchant. Some products become non-refundable once issued or delivered. Read those terms before purchase, especially for a gift or a product used in another country. Orrerie does not promise a refund simply because a code has not yet been redeemed.

Orrerie excludes the digital-content, charity and test products described above. A provider can also limit products by country, payment method or availability. Eligibility is checked again before a new purchase, so an older listing or saved link cannot bypass it. Existing order records remain available for supported delivery and status checks.

Mail, Phone, Command Center and Intelligence have their own interfaces in the iOS app. They work with supporting services where needed. Mail has its own compose and controls, calls have in-app audio controls, and the assistant opens real app screens. Availability depends on the offered setup and providers.

Command Center searches information already available on the phone and offers direct actions or navigation. Ask Orrerie sends a question to the assistant, which can use supported live tools to explain the current state. You can use local search without starting an AI conversation.

Mail can create a separate alias with a private label. You can disable it later without changing your primary identity. Replies use the relevant available sending identity. An alias helps separate correspondence; it does not make an email exchange anonymous or erase copies held by a merchant.

Yes. Mail has folder modes, quiet hours, digests, preview settings and rules. Phone has line notification controls, manual sender rules and optional AI categories for enabled channels. Wallet notifications have separate controls. The settings affect what interrupts you, not whether a wallet transfer is recorded.

No. It can explain, navigate and prepare an editable email preview. It cannot send email or crypto, sign, swap, delete records or change security settings. You review the recipients and content or transaction in the app before authorizing an external action.

Muting changes the notification behavior. Phone messages and call records remain available, including a classification reason where one exists. Mail remains in its folder, and chain transfers remain in Activity. A muted alert should not be mistaken for a deleted message or cancelled transaction.

Yes. The export screen offers PDF statements and CSV files for a selected period. The PDF is formatted for reading; CSV is useful for working with the data. Neither format is a tax filing or personalized tax calculation, and both may contain sensitive financial details.

No. Mail, Phone and Intelligence have separate account access and planned subscriptions. New subscriptions are not yet available. Spend and other integrations also depend on the supported service and its terms. Check the Fees page and the app for current pricing and availability.

No. The browser can read the balances available to its link and prepare an unsigned transfer request. You review and approve the payment in the iOS app through the ordinary wallet flow. The browser never receives a wallet signing key, and its PIN does not replace phone approval or the wallet’s security requirements.

Open Account → Remote access in the iOS app. New links use a PIN and expire after 24 hours, 7 days or 30 days. Active links show expiry and last-use details, and can be revoked. Revoking access does not reverse a payment that has already been submitted; check its existing transaction record.

One signing key alone cannot satisfy a supported asset wallet’s two-of-three rule. That does not make every compromise harmless. An attacker who obtains the phone signing key together with its server access credential may undermine ordinary co-signing checks. Protect the whole device and its credentials, and understand which actions Send Seal covers.

It checks the exact transaction and applies the wallet’s configured rules, including freezes, spending limits and recipient restrictions. The transaction must match what the phone reviewed and be a type the wallet can verify. If a required price or transaction detail cannot be established, the server refuses approval instead of guessing.

Send Seal uses a registered hardware security key as an extra approval for covered high-value payments and security changes. The approval is tied to the exact action, expires quickly and can be used once. It is separate from unlocking the phone, so a normal app unlock is not enough for an action requiring Send Seal.

No. Face ID helps unlock local access or signing when enabled. Spot can also use a separate PIN. These methods do not lower the number of signatures needed by the wallet, remove server rules or replace Send Seal where it is required. They also do not replace your passphrase and recovery preparations.

Your separate Personal Gas phrase controls the EVM gas account and fee-only Solana and TRON addresses. The keys stay on your phone; Orrerie does not hold your personal fee funds or keys. Your Funding and Spot asset wallets retain their separate two-of-three owners. Paying fees gives a gas key no asset-owner vote.

The enquiry form and Payme encrypt application requests and responses in addition to HTTPS. Native app requests, responses and live updates also use a separate authenticated encrypted channel. Orrerie’s servers process the decrypted information. These controls protect defined messages in transit; they do not hide public browser code or protect a compromised device or server.

No independent audit or security certification is claimed on this site. The security pages explain the design and its limits so you can understand what the controls do. Testing and defensive checks do not eliminate software bugs, provider risks or recovery mistakes, and they should not be read as a guarantee against loss.

Yes. Open Account → Token permissions to scan supported EVM wallets, inspect detected allowances and review the spending contract. Choose Revoke for a permission you want to remove, then approve the transaction in the app. Revocation can have a network fee. The scan is limited to the permissions it can detect.

For supported EVM transactions, Strict allows direct native or token transfers and permission revocations. It refuses swaps, bridges and other contract calls. Standard can allow exact server-built and simulated routes. Both retain the wallet’s ordinary signing requirements; changing the protection rules requires your registered Send Seal security key.

Yes, if you prepared beforehand. The Orrerie Recovery tool, downloaded from recover.orrerie.com, signs with your phone and offline-card recovery words on your own computer and sends transactions through public blockchain endpoints, without Orrerie’s servers. It reads your wallets from a Recovery kit that you export in the app while Orrerie is available; without a kit it can find only EVM Safes. Check the file’s SHA-256 and release key fingerprint before entering any words.

It contains the recovery material for the offline owner, one of the wallet’s three owners. It is not the phone’s everyday unlock code or a complete recovery solution by itself. Protect it as a signing secret. Someone who obtains it has one part of the authority needed to move funds.

Choose Continue with email in the app and verify the email linked to Orrerie to reconnect your account and restore synced app data. To sign from a new phone, restore the matching phone recovery words or use the separate offline-card recovery flow with the server. Email sign-in does not restore private keys. If Orrerie is unavailable, the Recovery tool can move your assets with your phone and offline-card words instead, using a Recovery kit you exported beforehand. The available path depends on which owners and backups remain accessible.

Ordinary payments use the phone and server together, so an outage can interrupt that flow. Your phone and offline recovery card are the two owners you control, and together they meet the wallet’s threshold without Orrerie. With a Recovery kit you exported beforehand, the Orrerie Recovery tool uses their recovery words to move your assets from your own computer, without Orrerie’s servers. Export the kit and keep a checked copy of the tool while Orrerie is available.

The wallet cannot meet its two-of-three requirement with only one owner remaining. Orrerie cannot restore those missing signatures through an email request, a new PIN or proof that you know the wallet address. This is why keeping separate, usable recovery material is an essential part of the ownership model.

Keep it separate from the phone’s secrets and protect it from theft, copying and physical damage. Do not put two owner secrets in the same cloud folder, message or document. Choose storage arrangements you can still access after losing a device, and consider who could gain access to them together.

Use Recovery Inventory and the app’s dedicated Recovery test. These help you check the required artifacts and verify recovery material locally. Also keep a current Recovery kit and a checked copy of the Recovery tool on your computer. Revisit the setup after replacing a phone or changing security arrangements. A biometric unlock working today does not prove that your recovery plan will work after a loss.

Do not send it. Support does not need a seed phrase, private key, passphrase, PIN or recovery image to discuss the situation. Describe which device or owner is missing and what you can still access. Enter recovery words only in the app’s recovery screens or in a checked copy of the Recovery tool saved on your own computer, never on a website.

Restoring matching phone words keeps your registered owners and addresses unchanged. Offline-card recovery replaces the phone owner and may require on-chain transactions. Bitcoin-family wallets move funds to a new address, so stop using the old one. The recovery review shows what will change before you approve it.

Check two things before you enter any words. The file’s SHA-256 must match the value in the release notes at recover.orrerie.com, and the first screen of the tool must show the release key fingerprint 1B37 D725 CDF1 168B 8840 AF80 C9C6 B3F3 with a valid signature, the same fingerprint the app shows on its Recovery kit screen. If either differs, close the file and don’t enter any words. The hosted page at recover.orrerie.com never accepts recovery words.

Public details only: the addresses of the wallets you have set up, the public keys or addresses of their owners, your Personal Gas addresses and the setup data needed to rebuild those addresses. It has no recovery words or private keys. The Recovery tool uses it to find and check your wallets and show balances before you enter any words. Anyone with the file can see your addresses and balances.

The eleven networks are Ethereum, BNB Smart Chain, Polygon, Arbitrum, Optimism, Base, Solana, TRON, Bitcoin, Litecoin and Dogecoin. Their asset-wallet implementations differ, but each follows two-of-three ownership. Individual assets and actions have their own support limits, so check the app’s choices before receiving, sending, swapping or buying a product.

No. Orrerie supports selected assets and transaction types. The network, asset contract and operation all matter. A supported receiving asset may not be usable with every swap provider or purchase. Use the app’s current asset selection and instructions rather than sending a token because its network appears on this page.

A symbol such as USDT or USDC can identify assets issued on different networks. Those assets have different contracts and may need a bridge or exchange to move between them. Match the exact asset and network in the receiving instructions. Sending to a compatible-looking address does not establish that the deposit is supported.

Do not assume so. Orrerie uses different wallet models across the supported networks, and Funding and Spot also have separate addresses. Always copy the receiving address from the selected asset, network and account. Check the receiving instructions even if another address you have used looks similar or has the same format.

SOL is supported, and official USDT is the curated SPL token supported through the full wallet flow. Other SPL tokens should not be treated as supported. Check the exact asset in the app before sending. A provider listing another Solana token elsewhere does not mean Orrerie can receive or spend it safely.

Check the exchange’s deposit and withdrawal requirements for that exact asset and address type. Some services reject multisignature or contract-based address models, and Solana services can differ in how they handle vault addresses. Follow the app’s specific guidance rather than substituting a different token or address to get past an error.

Payme routes also depend on the payment provider’s current receiving capabilities. It publishes only the exact asset and network combinations available for those routes. Direct wallet receiving, Payme, swaps and purchases can therefore offer different lists. Follow the instructions for the action you are performing, not a broader network list.

Ethereum, BNB Smart Chain, Polygon, Arbitrum, Optimism and Base. Relay delivers ETH, BNB or POL directly to your gas address on each network. You choose the total amount; route minimums and fees determine the available allocation.

No. Follow one BSC USDT deposit flow and review the distribution. Underneath, each destination has its own route and settlement. It is one funding experience, not a single transaction across six blockchains.

Your separate Personal Gas phrase controls the EVM gas account and fee-only Solana and TRON addresses. The keys stay on your phone; Orrerie does not hold your personal fee funds or keys. Yes. Your separate Personal Gas phrase controls its EVM, Solana and TRON fee addresses. The Orrerie Recovery tool can move these balances with that phrase; another compatible tool can too, with the documented derivation path for the selected network. The six EVM networks use the same EVM gas address; Solana and TRON have their own addresses. Network withdrawal fees still apply.

Normal EVM and Solana sends use native gas already held at your personal address; there is no conversion before each send. A TRON token send may need a reviewed Energy purchase from TronRental, paid directly by your gas TRON address. The asset wallet’s separate on-chain fee still applies.

The initial Relay deposit route delivers starter BNB alongside USDT to the gas account. The wallet or exchange sending that first deposit pays its ordinary source-transfer fee. The receiving gas account does not need pre-existing BNB.

Your gas Solana address pays network fees and required account rent for creation, sends, transfers, Spend payments, cancellations, wallet hops and supported recovery. Set it up in Personal Gas and add SOL directly to that address. Your gas TRON address buys Energy by paying the reviewed invoice directly to TronRental. The sending asset wallet still pays its own on-chain bandwidth, multisignature and any applicable burn fee. Add TRX to the gas address for Energy and keep enough TRX in the asset wallet for its separate chain fee. These personal flows have no operator reserve fallback. Bitcoin, Litecoin and Dogecoin fees remain part of their native transactions.

The Relay distribution funds the six EVM networks only. Set up your Solana and TRON gas addresses in Personal Gas, then add SOL or TRX directly on the correct network. The same Personal Gas phrase controls their separate fee keys.

A payment can include network fees, Solana account rent and separate swap or purchase provider costs. EVM gas funding can include Relay conversion costs. TRON can include a gas-paid Energy invoice and its payment fee plus a separate asset-wallet chain fee. Review each payer and amount before approving.

Network fees pay blockchain execution. Your personal EVM or Solana gas address pays those fees. TRON Energy invoices go directly from your gas TRON address to TronRental, while the asset wallet pays its own chain fee. Relay conversion costs belong to the separate funding routes shown in your review.

No. You fund the native gas and any required Solana rent or TRON Energy invoice. Provider conversion costs can also apply. The personal EVM, Solana and TRON fee flows have no operator-funded fallback.

A token approval can be its own blockchain transaction, granting a contract permission to use a reviewed token amount. The network can charge for that transaction even if you do not complete the later swap. Treat the approval and exchange as separate steps, and read the costs before authorizing either.

Not necessarily. The two sides can involve different assets, exchange rates, price movement, provider costs and network costs. A route’s estimated impact summarizes certain differences but may not be a full itemized bill. Review the quote’s explanation instead of adding overlapping fee figures or treating the entire difference as one charge.

No. Quotes apply for a limited time and can depend on current prices and network conditions. If a quote expires or important details change, a new review may be required. A timing estimate is not a delivery deadline, and a price shown while browsing does not reserve a purchase or swap.

The planned monthly prices are US$5.99 for Mail, US$7.99 for Phone and US$9.99 for Intelligence. Subscriptions are not yet available for purchase. Subscription purchasing is planned through Apple In-App Purchase; there is no website or crypto checkout for these subscriptions. Network and provider costs remain separate.

Open Account → Personal Gas for setup, balances and funding progress. Fund the six EVM networks through the BSC USDT flow, and add SOL or TRX directly to the separate gas address shown for that network.

Open the Fees tab for recorded charges, grouped by network and transaction. Filter the last seven days, thirty days or all available history, and distinguish You paid from Another payer. Missing or incomplete receipt data remains visible as a limitation, and fiat values are estimates rather than a fixed bill.

Use the request-access form with your name, email address and a short introduction. You can also email hello@orrerie.com. A successful website receipt means the enquiry was saved for review, not that access was approved. Orrerie is invite-only, is not on the App Store and has no announced public release date.

Check the saved Activity, swap or order record first. A timeout can mean the app did not receive a response while the transaction continued elsewhere. Repeating it can create another payment. Look for the current sending and delivery states, and include the visible status if you ask for help.

A routed payment has more than one stage. Sending-chain confirmation can finish before an exchange, bridge or destination payout completes. The receipt tracks those stages separately. Check the destination information when it becomes available rather than relying only on the original sending transaction or a displayed estimate.

Provider minimums, maximums, liquidity and fees can depend on the amount. Changing the source account, asset or network can also invalidate the old quote. Orrerie refreshes the relevant details before review. A route that worked for a different payment is not a standing offer for every later payment.

An email address does not provide the signatures required by the wallet. Email verification can restore account access and synced records, but sending still requires a matching phone key or completed offline-card recovery. Describe what is missing without sending secrets, and follow the app’s dedicated recovery guidance.

Name the screen, the approximate time, the visible error and what you expected. Include only the transaction or order details needed to identify the problem. Remove sensitive information from screenshots. Never send a seed phrase, private key, passphrase, PIN, device credential or recovery card image.

Start with its saved order record and delivery status. A confirmed crypto payment does not always mean the provider has finished issuing the product. Do not create a second purchase just to check. Share the relevant order details for support, and consult the provider’s product and refund terms.

Use the security reporting page and email hello@orrerie.com with the subject Security report. Start with a short description and a safe contact method. Do not include other people’s data or wallet secrets. The reporting page does not authorize intrusive testing, service disruption or movement of funds.

Your existing wallets, transaction records and Payme profile reconnect to your account. Contacts, account photo, display preferences, saved Mail drafts and attachments, and recent assistant text restore from their last completed sync. Wallet keys, PINs and biometric security settings are excluded. Unsynced changes may remain only on the original phone.

Signing in restores wallet records, but records do not prove that this phone has the signing key. Complete wallet setup for a new wallet, or restore the matching phone key for an existing one. Sending also requires the usual unlock, server checks and any additional approval. A ready receiving address can still receive while this phone’s signing key is unavailable.

Spend offers selected retail, food, travel and mobile-service products through Bitrefill and CryptoRefills; digital-content, charity and test products are excluded. Swap options depend on the pair, amount, country and provider. ChangeNOW and RocketX are no longer offered. SideShift requires its own permission check using your public IP. Submit your name, email address and a short introduction through the form. All three are required. You can mention the features you are interested in without sharing balances or wallet details. Alternatively, email hello@orrerie.com. The website does not need a wallet connection, payment or identity document to accept an enquiry.

The Orders folder keeps supported provider receipts together. Search for the brand, subject or order reference, open the conversation and reply or start from the Missing delivery template. Replace the sample details and review the recipient. An email request does not itself change the purchase status or guarantee a refund.

Undo Send holds the message before it is sent. You choose a delay of up to 30 seconds and can cancel during that period. Once sending has begun, it is too late to use that cancellation window. It does not remove a delivered message from another person’s inbox.

Yes, the approved schedule is held by the server. It does not rely on keeping the compose screen open. Delivery still depends on the server and email provider being available. Check the outbox for waiting, delivered or failed states, and cancel before delivery begins if you no longer want it sent.

Yes. Saved drafts include text, formatting and attachments within the app’s storage limits. They restore from your last completed account sync. Unsynced changes remain on the original phone. Restoring a draft never sends it; review the recipients and attachment list before approving delivery.

Yes. Sending identities let you manage an individual alias separately from the primary identity. Disabling an alias does not delete the existing message history. Check which identity you use when replying, and remember that disabling an address cannot remove copies already received by other people or providers.

Quiet hours are applied after the message’s rule or folder default. During that period, an Instant message can be delivered quietly or held for a digest according to your settings. Open the notification history to see the reason. Mail rules are separate from Phone’s AI notification categories.

Search covers attachment names along with senders, recipients, subjects and indexed message text. It does not search the contents of PDFs, images or other attached files. If a file’s contents matter, open the attachment through the normal app controls and treat it as untrusted content.

A connection problem can also send a call to voicemail. Check the saved call details rather than assuming every incoming ring became a live conversation.

Yes. Phone controls let you set a maximum message length between 15 seconds and five minutes, plus a silence limit between two and twenty seconds. You can also edit the greeting and choose the voice and accent. These settings control voicemail recording, not the length of every live call.

Mute leaves an item available and unread but does not alert you. Block can stop an identified live call or mark an incoming message handled without an alert. Its record stays in Orrerie Phone. AI classification uses a higher confidence requirement for Block and reduces borderline decisions to Mute.

Yes. Exact sender, number and prefix rules are checked before the optional AI classification. This lets you set a clear preference for a known sender or a group of matching numbers. Review broad prefix rules carefully and create an exact exception if you want one person handled differently.

AI failure or timeout does not by itself block an item. Orrerie continues through the normal delivery path, subject to your other notification and manual sender settings. Filtering is not a guarantee that scams will be detected, so treat callers and messages as untrusted even when they are allowed through.

The provider does not supply an exact Voice quote before the call in this flow. Orrerie shows provider-reported charges afterwards when they are available. Line charges are separate and recurring. Review the service terms and your setup before relying on a particular call cost.

The voicemail view can show a recording and a transcript generated for it. An ordinary call record can instead show timing without a recording. Read the specific record rather than assuming every call is recorded or transcribed. Transcripts can contain errors, so check important details against the audio when available.

If you exported a Recovery kit beforehand, the Orrerie Recovery tool can use your phone and offline-card recovery words on your own computer to move your assets to an address you choose. You review and sign each transfer and pay its network fees, so for a short outage waiting is usually simpler.

No. Orrerie holds one asset-owner key. An asset wallet requires two distinct owners, including for changes to wallet ownership. Your separate Personal Gas keys for EVM, Solana and TRON stay under your control; Orrerie does not hold them.

Not if you have both your phone key and offline key. Together they meet the threshold. You also need your wallet data, which a Recovery kit from the app provides, and funds for network fees. The Orrerie Recovery tool signs with those two keys on your own computer; email access alone is insufficient.

Your separate Personal Gas phrase controls the EVM gas account and fee-only Solana and TRON addresses. The keys stay on your phone; Orrerie does not hold your personal fee funds or keys.
