Make a request
Use the in-app Privacy & Legal destination when available, or email hello@orrerie.com from the address linked to your account. Say whether you want access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability or information about a provider. These rights apply only where the law that governs your request provides them.
Do not send recovery phrases, private keys, PINs, device credentials or recovery-card images. Website enquiry requests should include the address used and enough context to locate the enquiry without sending a receipt token unnecessarily.
Identity verification
Orrerie verifies an account-bound request through the signed-in account, verified email, active device session or another proportionate method. Public wallet ownership alone does not prove account identity, and Orrerie will not ask for seed words. If identity cannot be verified, disclosure or deletion can be limited to protect the account.
Response and applicable rights
We respond within the deadline required by the law that applies to your request. If that law permits an extension, we explain the reason and timing. Our response identifies the action taken, information reasonably needed to verify or complete the request, and any lawful limitation. You can reply to hello@orrerie.com to ask us to reconsider a refusal, without losing any right to complain to a privacy regulator or seek another remedy.
Requests are free unless applicable law permits a charge or refusal for a manifestly unfounded or excessive request. We explain any permitted charge or refusal. We may protect another person’s information or retain narrowly necessary records for security, unresolved operations or a legal obligation, subject to applicable law. An authorised agent may contact us where the law permits; proportionate proof of authority and identity may be needed.
Deletion limits
Deleting an Orrerie account cannot erase public blockchain transactions, an on-chain wallet or address, recipient copies, email already delivered, or records independently held by a provider. Backups expire on their separate lifecycle. A configured wallet does not prevent deletion of the Orrerie account; if an external transaction or provider action has an unknown outcome, final cleanup waits only while Orrerie reconciles that outcome.
Related controls
The app’s Delete Account action remains in account settings. A webpage is not a substitute for that action. Optional AI-sharing permissions can be withdrawn in Privacy & Legal to prevent future sharing.
