Loss and price risk

Cryptoassets can lose some or all value, move rapidly, become illiquid, be delisted, fork or stop functioning. Display prices are estimates, not executable quotes. There is no promised return, deposit insurance or protection from market loss.

Irreversible or wrong transactions

A signed transaction can be irreversible. A wrong address, network, asset, tag, amount, approval or contract interaction can permanently lose assets. Malware, clipboard replacement, phishing or a compromised device can change what you intend to approve. Confirm the actual review screen and trusted receiving details.

Networks and providers

RPC, indexer, bundler, relayer, screening, pricing and chain providers can be unavailable, stale, inconsistent or wrong. Congestion, reorganisation, forks, validator failures, smart-contract defects and protocol changes can delay, replace or reverse expected observations. A timeout creates an unknown outcome; do not retry blindly.

Swaps, bridges and purchases

A route can involve several contracts, chains and providers. Some providers temporarily control deposited funds. Quotes can expire; price movement, slippage, liquidity, MEV, bridge failure, screening, refund limits or provider insolvency can reduce or prevent output. Source confirmation is not destination completion. Purchases can be final, regional or subject to delivery-provider rules.

An accountless deposit provider such as SideShift still controls a deposit while arranging payout. Permission to request a quote is not assurance of payout, refund timing or legal eligibility. Provider checks can delay or refuse service. Removing an integration does not recover an earlier deposit; ChangeNOW and RocketX records are retained without further provider status polling.

Fees and execution

Network, approval, provider, spread, bridge, purchase and foreign-exchange costs can change before execution. Failed or replaced transactions can still consume network fees. Review the actual network, provider, recipient, estimated output and fees immediately before approval; displayed estimates can differ from final cost.

Your Personal Gas Solana address pays SOL network fees and required account rent for wallet creation, sends, transfers, Spend payments, proposal cancellation, wallet hops and supported recovery operations. Set up the address and fund it with SOL before approving these operations. Paying these costs gives the gas key no asset-owner vote.

For a TRON token send using rented Energy, your Personal Gas TRON address pays the reviewed TRX invoice directly to TronRental. The asset wallet separately pays its on-chain bandwidth, multisignature and any applicable burn costs. The Energy invoice, invoice-payment network fee and asset-wallet transaction fee are separate charges; an estimate is not a confirmed receipt.

An Energy payment can complete before the asset send, and a paid invoice does not prove Energy delivery or completion of that send. Solana rent and transaction fees are different costs. A pending or unverified receipt must be reconciled before treating it as settled. These personal fee flows have no operator-funded fallback. The former server-held Solana reserve and TRON Energy pool are retired from new funding and transaction flows. Retirement does not assert that any historical reserve balance has already been recovered.

Owners, keys and recovery limits

Asset wallets require two of phone, server and offline-card owners. Orrerie’s server share cannot spend alone, but ordinary sends and some recovery operations depend on the service. Losing two owners can permanently prevent asset access. Personal Gas has one separate phone-held phrase controlling its EVM, Solana and TRON fee keys. Anyone with that phrase can spend those gas balances; asset recovery material cannot recreate it. These fee keys are not asset-wallet owners.

Email and account deletion do not move assets, erase a blockchain wallet or reconstruct a private key. Recovery through the app, such as replacing an owner, can fail because of lost material, unsupported chain changes, a service outage, insufficient gas or disputed network evidence.

The Orrerie Recovery tool lets your phone and offline-card recovery words move assets without Orrerie’s servers. It depends on a genuine copy of the file, a Recovery kit exported while Orrerie’s service was available (without one it can find only EVM Safes), a computer and browser you trust, public blockchain endpoints that can be unavailable, lagging or wrong, and enough funds for network fees; lost material or unsupported chain changes can also stop it. Anyone with your Recovery kit can see your addresses and balances; anyone with both sets of recovery words for a wallet can move its assets. A copy you did not verify, or words typed into a website, can lead to total loss.

Connected-service and AI risk

Mail can fail, be delayed, be read by recipients or leak through remote images. Phone services depend on carriers and are not represented as emergency calling. AI responses and classifications can be wrong, incomplete or unsafe; they are informational and cannot sign transactions. Verify important information independently.

Legal and country risk

Laws, taxes, sanctions, asset treatment and service availability differ by country and can change. An invitation or supported network does not mean every country, asset or feature is lawful or available for you. Obtain independent legal, tax and financial advice appropriate to your circumstances.

Swap availability depends on your eligibility, provider terms and supported regions. When your app supplies an App Store country, Orrerie uses it as an additional route restriction. That country setting does not establish your physical location or residency. Provider checks still apply when the setting is unavailable. For SideShift, Orrerie forwards the public IP address from your connection for its permission, quote and order requests. SideShift uses that address for its own availability checks. A missing IP, refusal or unavailable permission check prevents the route; a successful check may be reused briefly for that IP. Do not disguise your location or use a VPN or proxy to bypass restrictions.
